He used his talent for writing sayings to give directions for exercises. The act does not protect children from lead in imported toys, but it puts more burdens on the "U.S. manufacturer" of toys, books, paper products, bedding, clothes, and anything else meant for the use of children twelve years old and younger.      Yes, I said books and paper products. Not only are publishers in danger, but libraries and schools are, too. 4RV Publishing and other small businesses will go out of business if this law isn't repealed or greatly changed.      All the components of things made in the U.S. are already tested, but for some reason the government has decided, in its "wisdom," that the final product must also be tested. Apparently they have the idea that combining safe components results in possible lead contamination.
